Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Free shipping is provided on all orders over $10 USD. There is a flat rate of only $3 USD for shipping worldwide of orders under $10 USD. In the case of any specific duty, import and/or customs taxes unique to your location, these are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

In the interest of transparency, our suppliers are located overseas and we are currently facing high demand, despite this we can usually provide 1-2 days processing time. Delivery time is strongly related to your location in the world. Delivery times of 10-20 days after order can typically be expected to the following countries:

If you are outside these countries, your delivery may take longer. Majority of orders are equipped with a tracking code.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

At any point within 14 days of receipt you are unhappy with your product, you can return the item to us via our return address:

Upon receipt and inspection you are open to a refund.
If order arrives broken, damaged or not as described, please send photographic evidence to support@hypefidget.com and we can advise you on a replacement/refund from that point.
To cancel an order, please contact us at team@hypefidget.com ASAP as we sometimes process it immediately after. Orders can't be cancelled once we have shipped them out!
If you haven't received your order within 45 days, feel free to send a refund/replacement request to us at support@hypefidget.com. If at the time of review we see the item has not been delivered and there is no tracking information indicating a delivery soon, we will issue a refund/replacement of customer's choice.
